These need a bit of one-time setup before anything actually sends. Sending happens on a schedule inside Supabase, not in this browser tab. Follow AUTOMATIONS-SETUP.md in the project root to wire it up. Everything below saves regardless, so you can write your messages first.
Texts go to UK and US numbers only. Customers with numbers elsewhere are skipped, because texting them from a UK or US number gets filtered by their carrier rather than delivered. Email has no such limit, so switch an automation to email if you have customers further afield.
